[TenTec] side tone

I have been running an Omni C since 1986 and now also a Corsair II (keep the
Omni on 30m, C II on all the other bands). I must have missed something
along the way because the sidetone has never bothered me. I always wear
headphones and adjust the sidetone to a comfortable level. So if it aint
broke I wont fix it.
