Get ahold of the Newark and Allied Electronics distributor catalogs.  I
think the connectors were an Amphenol design which is now a Tyco company.
Their web site was pretty complex last I looked up a connector, but key word
of Subminiature Coax Connector might do the search trick.
They would be a project, to make.
