I run Win2K here and a trick that I found is to turn
on the Pegasus imediately after clicking the "OK"
button for the .RUF file that you want to load. When I
try doing it using the exact same steps as described
in the "HowTo.txt" file it will generally fail to make
any RS232 connection at all.

Not sure if this is just a Win2K thing or not, or if
it's possibly linked to the SIIG 4 port serial card I
use. Don't update firmware all that often, so I
haven't spent much time trying to figure out exactly
what's happening.
