Before January 27 or 28, the list didn't have the "REPLY-TO" entry. It
was down due to server glitches for about three days and came back with
REPLY-TO enabled. The list monitor has chosen to not change it back
though it has caused many private e-mail to show up on the list. Some
e-mail programs handle it better than others, some make it difficult to
cut and past to create the answer to the original sender only. The best
of e-mail programs make that take a lot more effort than choosing either
the reply or reply to all buttons.
