Per part 97: (courtesy of my friendly OhOh) 97.201 Auxiliary Station says ok above 1.25 m freqs. Since it would be telemetry, the "codes and ciphers" does not hold. Just make sure you pick a clean freq per 97.201(b). Looks like it's quite do-able as long as you meet the guidelines. de KD4GT |
