I picked up a used Pegasus from the factory a few weeks ago. When it
arrived, I couldn't get any RF out of the unit. So I sent it back to
the factory and just received a brand new unit to replace it. No RF
output from this one either.
The transmitter is enabled in the software (and the keying loop is not
enabled). Using the tune button, or a hand key in CW the green RX
light goes off and the red TX light comes on but there is not a bit of
RF output to be found. The FWD meter selection indicates 0.
Since this is the exact same behavior that I saw with the unit that I
just sent back, it seems likely that the problem is operator error ...
these are my third and now fourth Pegasus in the shack so I am not
exactly a new user but surely I have forgotten something and am doing
something wrong?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
