Replacing the S-meter lamp is easy. 1) Have a good #47 bulb ready. Very common easy to find. 2) Remove the top cover of the Omni, 4 phillips head screws 3) Change the lamp 4) Replace the coverIt can all be done in less time than just taking out the screws necessary to get inside a Kenwood TS-440. |
