Turn the unit off then back on. If the condition persists do a "Reset".

You should be running ver.1.26 on the rig.

I dont want to start anything on the reflector, but ever since I loaded 1.25 
my Tuner, even though its off in the menu, will sometimes work when pushing 
the "Tune" Button. Beats me.
