[TenTec] v1369 and Sweep

Ever since I recieved my Orion with v1364 the sweep has has slowed or 
stopped with the use of NR. Now it just runs slow with v1369 all the time. 
It refreshes about 2 frames per second which is too slow to be useful.
Everthing else works better though.
