Yes, you can set the CW rise and fall times. I suspect a few Orion owners have 
set their CW Rise/Fall at less than the 5 ms that's stock. 7 to 10 ms seems to 
make the Orion "click proof" although 60 WPM code suffers a bit. 

I for one will be glad when the key clicks and the worst of "brand Y's" phase 
noise disappears from the bands. While the phase noise is nearly as good as 
packet cluster at times, it's also sometimes hard copying a DX station 
listening "up 1" through the phase noise from a multitude of hiss boxes. He 
might as well work simplex as close split.
