Hi,

I just built my transverter model 1210 and used it for the first time
yesterday. I went through the aligment procedure, everything went well but the
adjustement of the output power on 2m ( 10-15 W drive on 10m ).

I have carefully adjusted the 2 capacitors in the final stage, the 3 variable
inductors in the bandpass filter and set the ALC to maximum output. I can never
get more than 4 watts output on 2 meters. The bias of the final transistor has
been carefully adjusted to 100 mA and the current drain at 4W output power is
around 1.5 A.

Can anybody help me ? Does any inductor value to be changed ? My kit is
supplied with the new final transistor.
