Steve, you can bond the house AC ground to the tower, et al with no. 10 wire shallow buried (bare), and while you are at it, circle the house. (200 feet) will give you less than 10 ohms earth impedance a good ground for power line purposes, (lightning). More is better, (200 plus feet). The idea is to spread the lightning current around to greatest area of earth. The 200 feet minimum perimeter ground was developed by local utility here. 73, Stuart K5KVH |
