Why not just stick a radio and antenna in your car and listen to real
QSO's? It doesn't take much listen on 40, 30, and 20 CW. The
Lakeview "Hamstick" antennas are very easy to install, and you can get
enough power to receive from a lighter socket. Then, when the bug has
bitten you enough to work CW mobile (it's a great way to relieve rush
hour stress), all you need to transmit is a better power connection and
some tweaking of the antenna!
