[TenTec] OMNI-VI S/N

I recall that someone recently posted a way to "decipher" the serial numbers on 
the OMNI-VI. I'm trying to determine the production year of my OMNI-VI and 
would greatly appreciate a re-posting of the serial number breakdown. I'll save 
it this time!
