Not much experience here- yet, with the Orion. So far its been rewarding to
hear signals on a band dead to my OMNI VI.
My working years were spent teaching vocational electronics to high school
aged kids. I never had a class in electronics myself.
Students were drilled with a few solid words of "wisdom":
-Never, never, ever test the continuity of a live circuit!
-Read technical material "comma to comma".
It's not a novel, you can not skip sentences or paragraphs.
Well, I can't anyway. To me, each thought has to be clear in my head before
moving to the next thought.
