The heat-dissipating plate cap is not actually a part of the tube... The exact type varies from one manufacturer to another. My Kenwood TL-922A has metric philips-headed set-screws on both 3-500Z's.

What sized hex wrench is used to turn the screw which attaches the heat dissipator from the anode? I don't seem to have one that fits!
