The center two pins are not capable of switching the
25A 13.8V DC current. The front panel switch is only
rated for a few amps at most which is all that there
would be in the 120V primary of the power supply.

What you can do however is use the center two pins to
switch a relay coil. For the relay you can go to Radio
Shack or an auto parts store and get one of the "ice
cube" style plug in relays rated for 25-30A DC as is
used in most cars and trucks these days. The coil
current for these types of relays would only be a few
hundred mA at most.
