I once took a transceiver to Arizona for service,
Randy KK7TV mentioned while I was there that he had
never been anyplace where he did not hear that signal.
He would not elaborate but I expect he knows. A
geosync satellite seems as reasonable to me as
anything else for that kind of coverage.

I'm hearing it here in KY, S4 at 6:40PM. It almost
sounds like low speed data. The only explanation for
the wide coverage and constant strength is:
ITS FROM OUTER SPACE.
