Is it on all bands? If not it may be a vco/pll problem. I've read of this
similar problem before with the Jup and may need a trip to TT.

Hi again,

I've moved the power supply, disconnected all devices down to Jupiter,
swr meter and 238 tuner. Still have scratchy audio, even into dummy
load. I now think the Jupiter is suffering from internal rfi. Anyone
agree?
