I missed the first part of this, but "RUFZ" is short for "Rufzeichen" which
means Call Sign. Sounds to me like a random call sign generator program.

CP 60 is his code proficiency certificate type, from ARRL. 60 is as fast as
they test, as I recall. Seems he told us about another test he did that was
faster.
