Hi Gang, It just so happens that I found a copy of the
QST of Feb 2003. pages 69 - 75. I don't know how
to get this stuff to you guys but I do have a scanner
and could maybe make jpeg or GIF files and send them
via email IF someone told me just what to do. Suggestions?

if all you want is the annual CDROM and online access and not hardcopy QST.
