Have an OMNI-D type 546, want to get WARC bands going.
Here's my questions, per-band:
1. 10 MHz: Receives, goes into TX but no power out. Is this a
jumper? Where?
2. 18 MHz: What is the Xtal freq? Ordered the P/N 48070 xtal
from Ten-Tec (for 18 MHz band), but got the 48071 xtal instead
(for 24 MHz band) - evidently the other item out of stock. Anyway,
can't decipher on my copy of the manual the freq for the 18 MHz
band xtal, can someone advise?
3. 24 MHz: I have the xtal (above), but not sure what band position
to use (band switch is 21.0 - 28.0 - 28.5 - 29.0 - 29.5) - the schematic
suggests a separate position for 24.5 MHz (on board type 80711.)
Anyway, hints appreciated,
