When I had my Jupiter I was using my own interface which was mostly an
elaborate variation of the RASCAL kit. I also use the really nice KK7UG
Interface Model II kit. Both have the basic isolation transformers on
the audio in and out and opto-isolation on the PTT, CW/FSK lines. The
Jupiter performed perfectly with both interfaces. I suppose some get
away with running the audio straight from the accessory jack to the
sound card in and out (not MIC in but Line IN) and use rhe Jupiter's VOX
to change into transmit mode. I prefer isolating the ground returns on
these paths to avoid ground loop, noise, hum and other potential
situations. The accessory jack on the Jupiter has fixed output but the
input is adjustable. You must remember to change the input from MIC
connector to ACC jack via the menu.

My only suggestion is that you use good quality shielded cable for the
audio lines and the PTT and that you keep them as short as practical. I
also have quality ferite beads on these as they enter the computer and
Jupiter. Overkill? Probably, but my Jupiter didn't like even a slight
bit of stray RF.
