might want to check TX offset pot. did u chk lsb/ usb positions on real 
signals, spray w/dioxit and readjust. had a similar problem with a corsair 11 
many 
years ago, back to tt 6 times. pto rebuilt/replaced. test equip didn't show 
anything, shift was 50-100 Hz w/narrow filters most noticed, ssb barely 
detectable 73 john
