[TenTec] VFO # 263

I need some help in hooking up my #263 remote vfo as I have no manual.
1. I have 2 RCA plugs coming off of black wire. One of them has red heat shrink 
tubing on it. Before I damage anything, Which one goes in the vfo in and which 
to the vfo out ?
2. I believe I can figure out the top rows of buttons on the remote vfo but 
don't quite know what the settings are for the bottom row.
