Service notes would be a good idea.  There is probably a lot of wisdom
that TT's repair folks could share.

There are a bunch of documents on the web sites, but they are not as
well organized or easy to find as they could be.  Most good support
sites give you a page where you can specify a model number, then ask
for "downloads", "documents", or "manuals", and perhaps an FAQ list or
even a "Knowledge Base" section for that model number, all separate
from the marketing pages.

The info is partly on TT's "RFSquared" web and partly on the
tentec.com site (operating manual, brochure, and various testimonial
links). It's not that easy to find one group of docs if you're looking
at the other one.

It would be best if you could just go to one "Orion support" page and
find links to all this stuff.  It's not a big deal in the larger
scheme of things, but worth noting -- in a constructive sprit, of
course!
