I was suprised to find that my K2 noise blanker set to Low Threshold was
able to completely eliminate a certain type of electical noise that my Orion
could not. I have changed some capicitors in my K2's NB which has helped
make it more effective against my neighborhoods electrical noise. (Changed
C11 from 0.001uF to 0.0068uF to give an NB1 blanking pulse width of 65-70 us
instead of 10 us).
Has anyone changed any components in their Orions Hardware NB to tailor it
for their own noise environment?
