Thanks to all that responded to my O2 DB9 interface dilemma. 
OK, it appears it's the O2 that's in trouble as it will not do an update. 
My question is, to eliminate the need to send the radio back to TT is there a 
board that may be changed by myself to rectify this??? I hate sending the radio 
back!!!
I am quite capable of this task as I use to repair ham radios as a business 
some years back.
