[TenTec] RSGB and ARRL Orion II reviews

As mentioned, the QST Product Review on the Orion II to appear in the 
September issue is now posted to the ARRL members-only website.
The Radio Society of Great Britain has provided a .pdf format copy of 
their August 2006 RadCom review of the Orion II which is now hosted on 
the Ten-Tec website.  There is a caveat listed on our web page that 
indicates per request of copyright holders RSGB and RadCom this review
