I just purchased a new PC with the Core 2 Duo chip. I installed Ham Radio
Deluxe and found that the display S meter reading is no where the meter
display on the Orion. Is it the fast machine or an incorrect value being
read by the program? I have not done a reset of version 2.056. I have a
couple of problems with 2.056. The display is slow updating when I use the
memory buttons to change bands or using the stacking register feature. I
also loose audio in the headphones which seems to be related to listening to
a local AM station with the sub receiver. I haven't been able to pinpoint
the cause. Thanks.
