Sorry that my answer wasn't what you needed but I am
not sure what you mean by 'RF Ground'. The ground
terminal on the 540 (looking at the rear of the
chassis) is to the right of the heat sink and above
the power connector, next to the antenna SO-239. It is
a small #6 screw sticking out with 2 nuts on it.
Between the nuts is usually a serrated ring terminal
with a tab used to soldering. The is for 'Earth
Ground' and is electrically attached to the chassis as
is the shield of the coax (RF Ground) cable for the
antenna. That puts them at the same potential. I hope
this comes close to answering your question.
