I have the Omni D on PDF format 5,260 K are you on DSL?
It has the noise blanker data inside. 
I also have a combination manual but never reduced it to PDF.
Seem about the same. In fact the title is OMNI A Omni D 
My unit has the notch filter pot and to the right selectivity switch
no toggles and is a "B" version. So I think that would help.  
Let me know if you can use it downloaded.
