On my 585 Paragon with the RS-232 board the Rxdata and Txdata lines are
crossed from one end of the cable to the other. Mine was wired just like the
manual and works fine, but I think a standard null-modem adaptor with a
straight cable would work the same.

The info in the manual on how to interconnect the Omni VI is not clear to
me. Do I need to switch Rxdata and Txdata on the cable used from the Omni
to the computer, or do I use a straight serial cable (Rxdata to Rxdata,
Txdata to Txdata)?

Trying to run Logger32 with the Omni and Paragon (it's already working with
my K2)

Thanks!
