Well, if you mean like for the 10 meter contest, you might try setting your
PROG AGC to the following:
Hang 0.0
Decay 2000 dB/s
Threshold .50 or less
This will open things up pretty well for a quite band like 10.
You may want to bring the threshold up to around .75 to 1.0 and the Decay
back down to 200 or so for general band conditions.
