Haven't used the Timewave (although I hear it is very good for some modes),
but do use the Heil Clearspeech, and in a number of circumstances I find it
works better than the OII NR (much less distortion, much more pleasing
audio), especially on weaker stations. At times, I use OII NR AND the
ClearSpeech in tandem to advantage.
