Saw your email on wanting to find an Omni D in good condition.  I have one 
that belonged to my Father and it is in good condition.  Comes with 
Transceiver, 
Power Supply, Sure Mic. and manual.  Asking $350 for the package.
Dad passed away in 2001 at 93.  I used it until March of 2006.
