Try "N4PY Radio Software".
It is well worth the money.

Hello all ! I have been thinking that I would like to start listening to
shortwave and Military frequencies on my Orion II . I find tuning through
the memories with the multi knob no fun too delicate ? can anyone recommend
a program to manage, find , scan and manipulate shortwave freqs ? thanks
