this guy can go inside the amp, will key positive lines up to 250V at  
6 amps using a power mosfet and is optically coupled to the rig

You will probably need a relay or MOSFET interface to key the Heathkit
amplifier unless it has (unlike earlier Heathkit amplifier) a 12 volt
under 200 ma key input.
