There was something about a Bugs Bunny character Yosimite Sam so something 
like that. Kept saying something like I'm going to get you rasckly rabbit. 
I can't remember the freqs it was on but I heard it in South Dakota.  Maybe 
this will be enough to trigger someone memory. Mine isn't what it use to be.
