[TenTec] Titan III blowing 1.5 amp fuses

I have a Titan III that just started blowing the 1.5amp slow blow fuse
mounted on the inside bottom of the amp near where the two main fuses are.
Replaced it, buttoned everything up and fired it up - turned on the on/off
switch - operate switch was in standby.  Meter lights lit, stayed on a few
seconds then went off.  I assume  one of the 1.5 amp slow blow fuses went
again. (It takes 20 minutes to unbutton it - 20+ small screws!)  The two
20Amp main fuses are fine.

 

Any ideas?
