If you look at the schematic for the Omni V in the area of the RX ant slider
switch, there is an easy way to bring out the receive antenna connection  to
a second receiver.  There is even a hole in the back of the Omni V with a
plastic plug in it that can be removed to put in phono jack in it for this
connection.

You would still need to make a mute circuit for the rx320 speaker.  My docs
show how to do this.  You can use the Omni V amp out line to energize this
mute relay while transmitting.
