WSPR is a Weak Signal Propagation Reporter program written by
Joe Taylor K1JT of meteor scatter fame. The program allows
real time weak signal progation reports by having hams send short
bursts of data (of continuous phase 4-FSK) at about 100mw output.
The program controls the sending and also decodes the data to
view received station information.

I don't recall seeing anything like this on the list and some may
find it helpful in determing/understanding propagation.
