Dunno. Last night, I participated in a club net on 75 meters and noise
was low enough so that S-5 signals were solid copy. We moved to 10
meters, which was quiet as a church mouse, but 15 minutes before had
been active with an opening. S-0 signals were clear copy, it was so
quiet.
