Phil,
Click Start. Then right click My Computer and select Properties. Then
click Devise Manager. Look for Ports and expand it. You should see COM?.
The "?" should be the communication port number.

Hi folks,
I have been avoiding down loading firmware updates for my Oll simply because
I am not a computer person. Step 5 states, "Select the com port to which the
transceiver is attached." How do I know what com port it is?????
I will be using a Gateway Solo 5300 lap top with XP installed. Also, I have
only about 2g of space available. Will that be enough????
Currently the Oll has ver 2.037j installed. I see that there are 2 new
revisions available. Do I have to install the first one and restart the
process and install the second one.????
LOVE the Radio, it is a lot smarter then I am.
