There's a news item on QRZ.COM with all the details, including the complete
text of SB-884. Another has been submitted to eHam.net; it was approved but
I haven't seen it appear yet, hopefully it should be there by the time you
read this.
It's not law yet, though... the Governor has to sign it first, and who knows
what Fast Eddie is going to do...

Great news for Pennsylvania hams. On Tuesday Oct 7, 2008, the Pennsylvania
House passed the PRB-1 bill that the Senate had passed earlier. It now
awaits the governor's signature to become law. Let's get these in all states
so there is some relief in tower approvals
