Now that is what is needed in this day and age.  No Call or signature at the 
bottom, but I wholeheartedly agree.
I've only had my OII for about six months and when connected to the RS232 
(correctly!) within approx 2 minutes I was back operational with the new 
updates and everything works as advertized.
