I would recommend the Heil Proset Plus.  While they are not noise
canceling, and they do have a boom mic, they DO have a phase reversal
switch that works GREAT on CW.  My even wired my older Proset (no
reversal switch) to be reversed all the time (one ear is different
than the other) because it is so nice for CW.
My wife  (Merri AB0MV) and I have been using the Heil headsets for 10
years now.  A co-worker bought his newer Plus set after trying ours.
