Check the trip voltage on the power supply. It might be too low.
If that isn't the problem, look at the power distribution board in the Omni.

Happy New Year to all on the list.
In the event someone else may have experienced this, I thought I would ask.
Today while on 17m my Omni cut out 3 times--not while TXing but during
receive. I had to reset the pwr supply and rig by powering off an on. I have
had that happen due to swr/wrong antenna before but never during receive...I
will check the power connection but wonder if others have experienced same.
My swr on this antenna being uses is flat.
