YES! Thank N8LP, a software engineer who has developed LP Bridge to do just 
that for the K3. I suspect it will also work with other rigs. It's FREE. I've 
sucessfully used it to let several programs talk to the radio at the same 
time. VERY easy to set up. Google to find it.
