Dean,I guess you are referring to receive volume? On some radios, there are more than one audio out jack. Are you in the one for headphones? If so, then you need a matching or step up transformer to match the radio and step up the audio to better match the headset. Check the radio manual for the audio out impedance specs, and check the Heil instructions on what they expect to see for impedances. -Stuart Rohre K5KVH |
